Return and Refund Policy — Designeforg (Belgium)

1. OVERVIEW

This Return Policy applies to all digital subscriptions and tools provided by Designeforg in Belgium. As a purely digital platform, we sell no physical goods, and no physical shipping or delivery provisions apply.

2. EU & BELGIAN 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under Belgian Law (Code of Economic Law / Wetboek van economisch recht) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers residing in Belgium have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from digital purchases without giving any reason.

3. DIGITAL CONTENT & EXPRESS WAIVER

Because Designeforg provides immediate access to digital assets and design tools upon checkout:

• Immediate Access: By requesting immediate execution of the contract at checkout, you expressly agree that performance begins instantly.

• Loss of Right: You acknowledge that you lose your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal once immediate digital delivery has commenced, provided explicit consent was collected during payment.

• Non-Consent Purchases: If explicit consent was not granted at checkout, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains fully valid.

4. DESIGNEFORG 30-DAY GUARANTEE

In addition to statutory rights, Designeforg offers a 30-day satisfaction policy from the most recent billing date:

• Eligibility: You may request a refund within 30 days of your latest charge by contacting support@designeforg.com.

• Usage Limits: Refunds may be declined if there is heavy system utilization (e.g., downloading or exporting a massive volume of project files prior to the request).

5. CANCELLATION & PAYMENT PROCESSING
