Terms of Service — Designeforg (Belgium & EU)
1. ACCEPTANCE & SERVICE SCOPE
These Terms govern your access to http://designeforg.online/ and the digital design services provided by Designeforg . By subscribing or creating an account, you agree to these Terms alongside our Privacy and Refund Policies. Designeforg provides purely digital resources; no physical delivery applies.

2. ACCOUNTS & ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to subscribe. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

3. SUBSCRIPTION, BILLING & CANCELLATION
Subscriptions automatically renew on a recurring monthly or annual basis until canceled. You authorize recurring charges to your designated payment method. You may cancel at any time via Account Settings to prevent future renewals.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSE
All design tools, assets, and templates are the intellectual property of Designeforg. Active subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use digital resources. Reselling, sublicensing, standalone redistribution, or presenting unmodified assets as your own product for resale is strictly prohibited.

5. EU CONSUMER RIGHTS & LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protection rights under Belgian Law (Wetboek van economisch recht) and EU digital content regulations. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Designeforg's total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

6. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory EU consumer dispute mechanisms.
